Delivery is free for orders of $100 and above nationwide.
Since our products are handcrafted and made upon receiving an order. It takes around 5-6 working days to craft and deliver your parcel.
You can modify your order at any time before receiving a confirmation call from us. Once your order is confirmed it cannot be modified.
We accept multiple payment options.
You can pay directly into our bank account that will be shared with you when you place an order. You will have to provide us the proof of payment.
You will receive a call from our representative once you place your order. Accounts details will then be communicated.
We don’t have a return/exchange policy. We only have a replacement policy in case of damaged shipment(s).
If you receive damaged artwork panel(s) please Contact with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly send you a replacement, at no additional cost.
Give us your order details and a picture of the artwork you received. We will deliver the correct artwork and collect the wrong one.
